Incredible Hospitality Co ("we", "us", "our") operates the Incredible AI platform, including the Incredible AI Bookkeeper Chrome extension and MCP service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

When you use Incredible AI products, we may collect:

Email address — collected when you register for an account or sign up for early access
Accounting platform data — transaction descriptions, amounts, and dates read from your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, FreshBooks) solely to perform AI categorization. This data is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the request.
Usage data — which tools you run, how often, and basic session metadata. Used to improve the product and enforce rate limits.
Business profile information — company type, industry, and accounting platform preference, collected during onboarding to personalize your experience.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Incredible AI Bookkeeper service
To personalize agent behavior based on your business profile
To send product updates and onboarding emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To detect abuse and enforce usage limits
To improve our AI models and agent accuracy using anonymized, aggregated data

Transaction Data

The Chrome extension reads transaction data directly from your accounting platform in your browser. This data is sent to our servers solely to process your AI categorization request. We do not store raw transaction data, sell it, or use it for any purpose other than completing your requested operation.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Anthropic — to process AI requests via the Claude API. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Stripe — to process payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Railway — our hosting provider. Subject to Railway's privacy policy.

Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below. Transaction data processed by the extension is not retained after the request is complete.

Chrome Extension Permissions

The Incredible AI Bookkeeper Chrome extension requests the following permissions:

activeTab / scripting — to read transaction data from your currently active accounting platform tab
storage — to save your API key locally in your browser so you don't need to re-enter it each session
host permissions for QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and FreshBooks — to inject the content script on those pages only

The extension does not access any tabs or data outside of the supported accounting platforms.

Security

We use HTTPS for all data transmission. API keys are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's encrypted storage API and are never transmitted in plain text. We do not store your accounting platform login credentials.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
