Then the session closes with a creative financing deep-dive: how to get deals done without relying on traditional lending.

FAQ

Is this really free?

Yes, completely free. No upsell during the workshop, no credit card required. After Day 2, there is an opportunity to learn about the Mastermind community for those who want ongoing implementation support - but that is entirely optional and never the point of the workshop itself.

Do I need to already own short-term rentals?

No. STR experience is helpful - you already understand guests, dynamic pricing, and occupancy - but it's not a requirement. What is a requirement is grit and persistence. If you're serious about acquiring a hospitality asset and willing to do the work, this framework applies regardless of your background.

Is this the same as the 3-Day Micro Resort Buyer Challenge?

Different content, different format. The Challenge is a broader introduction to the micro resort development framework. The 2-Day Workshop is more hands-on and deal-specific - you'll analyze a real property and build a Letter of Intent during the sessions. If you've done the Challenge, this goes deeper into execution.

What if I can't attend live?

Replays will be available for a limited window after each session. That said, the deal analysis and Q&A components are dramatically more valuable live - if you have a specific property you're looking at, you can bring it to the session and get real feedback. We strongly encourage attending live if at all possible.

Do I need hospitality or commercial real estate experience?

No. You need STR experience - and you already have that. You know guests, dynamic pricing, occupancy, and reviews. This workshop fills the commercial deal gap: how to underwrite a hotel or micro resort, source the deal, structure the offer, and finance the acquisition at commercial scale.

What do I need to participate?

A Zoom account (free) and two focused sessions. The deal analysis templates and LOI framework will be provided during the workshop. Optionally: if you have a specific property you're considering, bring the listing and the numbers - we may be able to analyze it live.

What happens after the workshop?

You'll leave with a buy box, a deal analysis model, an LOI framework, and a financing strategy - and the expectation is that you have an actual offer sent on a property. That's the goal of the two sessions. You'll also receive an invitation to learn about the Mastermind community for investors who want ongoing support as they close their first deal.
