The work
Gideon founded Incredible Hospitality Co and its private Mastermind because the peer group he wanted did not exist. It is a working community for hospitality investors, not a coaching program. Half the members already own hotels or micro resorts; the other half have short-term rental portfolios and are scaling into hotels and micro resorts. Every Tuesday a different expert joins the call (operators, lenders, lawyers, brokers). Every Thursday members put live deals on the table for group feedback.
